Craig Summers joined Manhattan Associates in early 2017 and is responsible for all aspects as of Manhattan’s operations including sales, marketing, consulting/project services, customer service and business development within the UK, Middle East, Africa and Nordics. Prior to this, he spent time in a variety of senior leadership roles including Senior Director at Oracle and Enterprise Sales Director at IBM. Craig is an expert in all things customer experience and drove significant change in the Oracle CRM/CX business, transformning its traditional ‘on premise’ software business into a dynamic, transactional Cloud/SaaS business.
